Savannah's Birthday and Halloween

Savannah turned 1 on October 21. We can't believe that a year has passed already. We followed the tradition that she got her own cake to destroy. She wasn't all the interested in it. Maybe because I used a glaze instead of real frosting? She loved the ice cream though!

That's all she ate

Presents

Halloween was a sweet treat as always. Way too much candy, but lots of fun!

Before going out to trick-or-treat, we took a few pictures of our cuties...

Our group. We had a friend of E&A's join us.

We didn't take any pictures of all the loot that night, but the winnings were great! We offer to buy the candy from the girls for a penny a piece which has worked out great. Then Mark takes it to the office. This year we added incentives where they got extra money if they gave 50 or 100 pieces. We also let them pick out 24 favorites to save for a little Christmas advent in December. Gotta get the full use out of all that sugar!😊
