Disney World!

Living in Atlanta, the question is often asked, if or when you are going to Disney world. We hadn't taken the girls, but it's always been in the back of our mind when to go. The girls are all about princesses and it really is the perfect time to do it. So we did. And we loved it! We spent the week there and did two days at the parks. One at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Magic was had by all. We also had lots of fun exploring the resort we stayed at and going to the beach.

We started at Downtown Disney. A great start to everything Disney! Legos, chocolate, and Frozen paraphernalia galore.

According to Elena, these are real diamonds!

Flashback to 8 years ago. Mark and I went to Orlando on our honeymoon.
... not much has changed for us.

Our Frozen fans!

Tuesday, it's off to Magic Kingdom!
(Princess style)

The Palace

'Rrr, Pirates'

We had lots of fun meeting some princesses.

Acting out Belle's story was one of our favorite things. Each kid got a part and presented the show to Belle.

It's a small world... for real, We met up with some friends from here.

The magical castle and tired kiddos.

Wednesday was beach day! We drove to Cocoa Beach where Sarah had gone as a kid. Absolutely beautiful!
Burying everyone multiple times

This girl is just too darn cute!!

Our peas in a pod, or a double mermaid as they would say.

Adriana the sting ray

Thursday was Animal Kingdom! We spent the whole day with our friends who frequent Disney and could give us all the ins and outs. Tons of fun! Less pictures because our camera broke, but still great memories.

The Mt. Everest ride was my personal favorite.

Friday was a day at the resort. Hanging out, enjoying the lake, fishing, and swimming (in the pool, not the lake)

As we drove out of town we stopped at the temple to walk around. Always a nice thing to do.
It was a great trip and the girls are already anxious for when we get to go again.

October 2014

I'm going to sum up October and all the fun we had. The only problem is that it started out so well with a trip to Chattanooga and our 8 year anniversary and I can't find the pictures. Anyway, Chattanooga was great fun as we met up with some family there. We'll have to go back and explore more. The rest of the month was spent playing soccer, entertaining guests, Adriana running in a Mad Dash for her school, and of course a spooky Halloween!
