And on to Utah! With 2 vans the kids had fun playing and taking turns with different people. Mark returned to Atlanta to work and we stayed in Iowa a few more days. We caravaned with my sister Emily's van and my parent's van. We took 2 days to make the drive and the kids did a wonderful job with all the driving! Here are a few shots of our travels.
We got to Utah late July 18 and stayed with my Aunt and Uncle in Midway. They returned from a mission a few years ago and just built a new house. We had fun catching up and swimming in their neighborhood pool with several more family members.

We took some time to go to BYU and show the girls where Mark and I met and went to school. Abigail thought it was just one building so each time we went to a new building she asked, "Now is this BYU?" It was pretty cute.

Then we went up to the high Uinta mountains to spend a few days at the cabin. Always a favorite when we are in UT. Since the girls were older this time they were able to enjoy more things and explore the mountains. We even went on a brave hike straight up the mountain. A few extra cousins, my sister Emily and her kids, and my parents joined us so it was a party.

The garden party! It was a beautiful night and their yard (through lots of work and sweat) looked AMAZING!!! They did a great job landscaping it. I'm glad Mark & I could be there to support David & Jarrett on their special night.
