We had a great month of June as we enjoyed the beginning of summer, swim team, and a fun trip to the Midwest!
These girls loved swim team and made great progress on their swim skills!
We started out our trip with a stop in St. Louis. We got to spend some time with several friends and roommates from college and meet their families. We also spent time with Mark's younger brother Johnny and Sarah's older brother Matt and his family. We loved seeing some things around town.

Then we headed a little west to see our niece compete in swimming.
These girls cousins had a fun night swimming and playing together!

Then we headed North up to Iowa! We stopped and saw the Player family at a fun rest stop.
And to Cedar Falls to celebrate Jonny's birthday.

We went to my old Elementary school to play on the playground. They had just remodeled a lot of the school and changed a whole side of it. I loved walking down the halls and showing the girls around. Wow, it has been awhile since I walked those halls.

After a fun time in Cedar Falls, we went down to Cedar Rapids to spend more time with the Player family. These all-girl families love seeing each other.
Hanging out at the Cedar River. Elena got a tick on her leg and was so calm as we found some tweezers and pulled it out!

| Girls, girls, girls |
As we left town, we stopped at the Silver Spider store that we had heard so much about. The girls were in heaven with all the trinkets and jewelry, etc.
