Before the Smiths came we did a few things...
Christine got her first haircut!

We started potty-training!
We dressed up as cows for Chick-fil-a day to get some yummy free food. I had my glucose test that morning so after fasting it was extra tasty!

Yeah, the Smiths come! My sister visited us to help me out when the twins were babies, but we've lived so far apart it hasn't worked out until now. Her kids are the same ages as ours so it was lots of fun for everyone!! We had fun here and also took them to Savannah to see the sites and spend some time at the beach.
Kathryn and Tanner both have birthdays coming up so we did a little celebration for them. The kids loved to decorate their cakes!
The littles having fun frosting crackers.
Making some of our own puppets after watching a puppet show.
And on to Savannah!!
Our first stop was Tybee Island where we had hours of fun in the sun. The water was so warm too!
That night we did a ghost tour through the old city... OOOOOHHHHH
These two became great buddies
Ice Cream at Leopald's
"Do I need a wipe?"
Crowding in the old phone booth
Taking a break at one of the squares
Walking down River Street
And of course, we had to stop at the Pirate House restaurant before heading home.
It was a fun, fast trip. The kids (all 7 of them), were troopers through the heat, and the moms (both pregnant) survived as well.
A trip to the Georgia Aquarium. The Dolphin Show was a hit!
More fun at home....

We got some good pool time in too, even a night swim which is my personal favorite.
This is a maze that Adriana and Mark made for the gerbil we were keeping for the summer.
Saying good-bye to Ginny

A fun treat out with Grandma to Steak and Shake
All the grandkids

looks like a lot of fun and some sunburns, I don't know how Adriana is holding on to that dolphin all by herself!
