Thanksgiving in Washington DC

For Thanksgiving we went to DC to spend it with Mark's brother Matthew. The drive was long, but it was a great trip. The girls had fun with more attention and we enjoyed being together. The weather was so nice too! We got to spend a lot of it outside. The other best part was that we ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from Boston Market. Since the number of kids equaled the adults, we thought this was a better, stress-free idea. The first few pictures are some fun ones of the girls before we left.

This doesn't happen every night, but sometimes Adriana needs some company to help her sleep.

We decided to do the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving, which was actually  5 miles. (More than just just trotting if you ask me.) It was fun. Since we all ran, the girls got to join us. There were about 4,000 participants and many strollers so it was a lot of  weaving in and out of people.

Abigail & Elena cried for the first few miles and Mark was ready to turn around, but luckily they wore themselves out and slept the rest of it.

Sarah beat Mark by 0.1 seconds... good thing she did the marathon to prepare. :)

We went to the Eastern Market and then walked down some fun streets. The girls  had fun running around.
