This winter has been a fun one. It's been cold, but only one snowstorm. Someone at our house has had a sick bug off and on since Christmas. Flu, colds, strep throat, man are we ready for spring to come! Amist all of that it's always a party here. Adriana LOVES having playmates around all the time. If they aren't playing house or in their small kitchen, someone is getting pushed in the doll stroller or sifting through the dress-up clothes. We have some great, energetic girls. Abigail and Elena are talking more and more now. They share some of the same words like mama, dada, and Elmo, and some that are different. Elena says 'yeah' to almost everything. Even if you ask her if she is Abigail. She has also learned 'no' quite well. Abigail, is our 'uh-huh' and 'nu-uh' girl. They both have several other words, but those are some fun ones. Half the time I forget to take pictures of all the chaos that goes on, but here are some fun ones from the last couple of months.

| Disney On Ice came to Hartford so Mark took Adriana on a date to see it! She was in heaven watching all her favorite characters dance. She also came up with the idea to wear her Snow White dress. She is our special princess. |

| Elena with a new hairstyle |

| This seems to be a common game. |
| Not sure how the snow pants and high heels go together, but she's ready to go somewhere! |
| Elena and her high heels. These girls get more use out of them than their mom! |
| Elena's crib has become the fun house and they love to jump and play in it. Abigail is the fairy, Elena is the cat, and Adriana is a cheerleader. |
| Found Adriana like this during her nap. She loves her books! |
| Somehow the Mexican blood in her requires a quota of tortillas each day. She made this one into a face. |
| I don't do a lot of cooking (for several reasons) but whenever I do I always get LOTS of help! Whenever I'm in the kitchen for more than 1 minute someone is always pushing a chair in to see if they can participate. One day I was making something and just had A&E helping me. I cracked a few eggs and made the mistake of leaving the carton on the counter. Before I knew it both girls were cracking their own eggs! Wow, what a mess. They always make it an adventure. |
| This is Abigail's latest 'funny' squinty face |
| Elena & Mark |

| Dress-up time again |
| Abigail has figured out how to take off her clothes and loves being able to do it all by herself! |

| Adriana loves getting dressed all by herself and then surprising us. She does a great job with the tights too. She wanted me to take this picture because she was so proud. |
We have some fun girls and enjoy all the ways they make us laugh. Until next time. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
